At Colored Contacts, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and tamper-evident sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of eye care products, we cannot accept returns on items where the sterile packaging has been compromised.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your contact lens vials or blister packs are unopened, the box seals are intact, and the items were purchased within the last 30 days.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our beauty support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel to ensure fast processing.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
